- Education in Tamil/ Kannada/ Malayalam.
- Motor Driving Licence with endorsement of driving Motor Cycle and Heavy Duty Vehicle with 3 years experience in driving HDV either Military or Civil. Driving License should have been issued after 16.01.1979 and candidate should have endorsement both for heavy.
