he book is well written, with lots of little bits of interesting information tucked in to keep you reading. It's aimed for engineering students (the title) but it really would apply to anyone trying to gain an understanding of engineering. The only problem is a lack of visual aids, but since I had the professor he provided those. It was one of the few college books I ever actually read.
