Qualifications:-
Good academic record with at minimum 55% marks in LL.M and 50% marks in LL.B. exam and the must have cleared NET-CSIR or have Ph.D. Degree in the concerned subject.
OR
55% marks in LL.B. degree with minimum 10 years of practice at the Bar/ 10 years experience at officer level with experience of enforcement/ application of the related branch of Law/10 years experience as CA.
OR
55% marks in LL.B. degree with minimum 10 years of practice at the Bar/ 10 years experience at officer level with experience of enforcement/ application of the related branch of Law/10 years experience as CA.
Age Limit: The candidate age must not be more than 65 years.
